Publish to every client at once

Write the document in Pocper's block editor and hit publish. It appears in each client's portal — the same content for everyone, from one source.

Read-only, by design

Clients read publications; they never edit, fill, or submit them. A publication creates no copies to chase — there is nothing to collect, only something to read.

Republish to update everyone

Edit the document whenever things change, then republish. Every client sees the new version immediately — the old one simply stops existing.

Choose who sees it

Visibility is set per client. Publish house rules to everyone, or share a special price list with only the clients it applies to.

How it works

From draft to every client in four steps

  1. 1.

    Create a Publication template

Add a template and set its kind to Publication — it lives beside your forms and agreements.

  2. 2.

    Write the content

Use the same block editor as everything else in Pocper: headings, lists, tables, images.

  3. 3.

    Publish it

Hit publish. The document appears in your clients' portals, read-only, exactly as you wrote it.

  4. 4.

    Update any time

Edit and republish whenever things change. Everyone is current at once — nothing to re-send.

Use cases

One page for the things everyone asks

Publications carry the documents you'd otherwise re-send in every email thread.

  • Price lists

Keep one current price list. Update it once when prices change — every client sees the new numbers.

  • Announcements

Holiday closures, schedule changes, new services — post it once instead of emailing everyone.

  • House rules

Studio policies, visit guidelines, what to bring — the rules live where clients already look.

  • Policies & terms

Cancellation policies and service terms, readable any time — not buried in an old attachment.

  • How-to guides

Onboarding steps, care instructions, prep checklists — written once, always current.

  • Opening hours

Hours, locations, and contact details that stay correct in every client's hands.

Why publications

Attachments go stale the moment you send them

A publication is one link with one current version — the copy in your client's hands is always the copy you meant.

  • No versioned PDFs — v3-final-FINAL stops existing
  • Clients always read the current version, not the one from March
  • One edit updates every client at once
  • Read-only by design — nothing for anyone to break
FAQ

Questions about publications

How is a Publication different from a Form or an Agreement?
A Form collects — each client fills and submits their own copies. An Agreement is prepared per client and locked when final. A Publication flows the other way: you write one document and every client reads the same copy. It never becomes a per-client paper at all.
Can clients edit or submit a publication?
No. Publications are read-only for clients — there is nothing to fill in, sign, or send back. Only you and your team can edit the content.
Where do clients read publications?
Just send them the share link. Clients open it in any browser and read the publication right away — no account, no password, nothing to sign in to. If you use the client portal too, shared publications show up there alongside their other documents.
Can I show a publication to only some clients?
Yes. Visibility is controlled per client, so you decide which clients see each publication — everyone, or only the clients it applies to.
What happens when I update a publication?
Edit the document, then republish. Every client sees the new version the next time they look — there are no copies to re-send and no links to redistribute.
