Pocper AI

Describe the form. Review the draft. Send the link.

Tell Pocper AI what the document is for and it drafts a template, or a paper for one client, inside the workspace you already use. Ask for changes in chat and see them marked up before they land. Every response still files itself under the right client.

Let AI draft it

Built in on every plan

No API key needed. Each team gets a monthly free allowance, and you can add your own AI key in Settings to go beyond it.

Three ways to start faster

A first draft, where the document lives

  1. Describe a template

    Draft

One description becomes a whole template — title, sections and fields — written to match the other templates in its folder, reusing the business details they already state and leaving the rest as placeholders for you.

  2. Draft a paper for one client

    Draft

From a client's page, describe the paper they need and it lands in their file, matched to the templates already linked there. Their other papers and answers are never read.

  3. Ask for a change in chat

    Proposal

Open any template or paper and say what should change. Added, removed and moved blocks are highlighted in the document; press Apply to keep them, Discard to drop them, Ctrl+Z to undo.

What a description becomes

Each description below is exactly what was typed. Beside it is the template Pocper AI drafted from it, shown as it arrived.

You stay the editor

Nothing lands until you say so

In chat, Pocper AI proposes and the document changes only when you apply. A document drafted from a description opens in the editor as a new draft for you to review.

  • Shown before it lands

Every proposed change is marked up in the document first. Apply keeps it, Discard drops it, and an applied change sits in version history like any other edit.

  • A draft, not a decision

A generated agreement is a draft. Review it before you use it. Where the description leaves something open, Pocper AI makes a reasonable choice and marks what it could not know as a [placeholder].

  • A client's answers are theirs

On a client's paper the values are real answers, so Pocper AI changes them only when you ask.

  • Two things it will not do

It will not fill in an upload or a signature, which only a person can produce, and it will not rewrite a whole document in one go. For that, describe a new one.

Questions

Straight answers

Will it fill in a client's answers for me?
Only what you ask it to. On a paper the values are the client's real answers, so Pocper AI changes them only on request, and it cannot fill in an upload or a signature.
Is a generated agreement ready to use?
A generated agreement is a draft. Review it before you use it.
Can I undo a change?
Yes. A proposal is shown in the document before anything changes, and you choose Apply or Discard. An applied change is an ordinary edit: Ctrl+Z undoes it, and it appears in version history.
Do I need my own AI key?
No. Pocper AI is built in on every plan and works without an API key, within a monthly free allowance for each team. To go beyond it, add your own AI key in Settings.
What happens when the monthly allowance runs out?
Pocper AI pauses for your team until the allowance resets the next month; everything else keeps working. To keep going sooner, add your own AI key in Settings.
