One link, one QR code — and you decide when it works.

Publish a form and Pocper hands you a link and a QR code for it. Send the link, print the code, give it an expiry date or lock it for a while — unlock it, and the same link works again. Nobody needs an account to fill it in.

How it works

From template to someone's phone

  1. 01

    Publish the template

Press Publish and Pocper pins that version of the form and gives it a link and a QR code in the same step.

  2. 02

    Send it or print it

Paste the link into an email or a chat, or put the QR code on the front desk, a flyer or a business card.

  3. 03

    Each visit files itself

Everyone who opens the link gets their own copy to fill in, filed under a client from the start — so nothing needs sorting later.

What you control

A link that does what you tell it

  • An expiry date

Pick the last day the link should work. After that, visitors are told it has expired — in their own language — and to ask you for a new one.

  • Lock and unlock

Close the link for a while without losing it. Visitors see that it's locked; unlock it and the same link and QR code work again, with nothing to reprint.

  • Ask who's filling it in

Turn on Require name or Require email and a short cover page asks for them before the form opens, so you know who a response came from.

  • Returning clients, one folder

With Require email and Auto-archive on, a response from an email you already have is filed under that client — as a new document beside their others — instead of creating a new client.

  • A QR code you can print

Show the QR code in the share dialog, save it as an image from your browser, and put it wherever your clients are.

  • Edit without a new link

Changed the form? Publish again and the same link and QR code open the new version for everyone who starts after that.

Every state of a link

What a visitor sees, whatever you choose

  1. Live

The form opens, ready to fill in — on a phone or a computer, with no account.

  2. Locked

Visitors are told the link is locked and to check back later. Unlock it and the same link works again.

  3. Expired

After its expiry date, the link tells visitors it has expired and to ask the sender for a new one.

  4. Unpublished

Unpublishing deletes the link. Publishing again creates a new link and QR code; the old ones never come back.

Good to know

Before you print a thousand flyers

  • Lock for a while, unpublish for good

Unpublishing deletes the link, and anything printed with its QR code stops working for good. If you only need a break, lock it instead.

  • Forms already started are left alone

Locking a link or letting it expire only stops new visitors. Documents already created from it stay filed under their clients.

  • A name and email are asked, not checked

The cover page asks for them, but someone can leave them blank, and an email address isn't verified.

FAQ

Questions about sharing

Can I protect a link with a password?
No. A share link opens for anyone who has it. To control when it works, give it an expiry date, lock it, or unpublish the template to delete it. For documents meant for one client only, share them through that client's portal instead.
Can I limit how many people use a link?
There's no cap on a link — every visit gets its own copy of the form. To stop taking responses, lock the link or let it expire.
If I edit the form, do I need a new link?
No. Publish again and the same link and QR code open the new version for everyone who starts after that. Forms already started keep the version they began with.
How do I print the QR code?
Open the share dialog and show the QR code, then right-click it and save the image. Print it wherever your clients will see it — a front-desk sign, a flyer, a business card.
Do people need an account to fill in the form?
No. The link opens the form in the browser on any phone or computer, and their answers save as they go.
