Ask for the documents. They land in the right folder.
Put an upload field in any form and send the link. Clients attach IDs, forms and photos from their phone — no account, no email attachments — and each file arrives in that client's folder, inside the form it was sent with.
From request to folder
- 01
Add upload fields
Drop an upload field into the form for each document you need, with a line above it saying what to send.
- 02
Send the link
Share it by link or QR code, or put it in the client's portal.
- 03
Files land in their folder
Each file is saved in the client's copy of the form, in their folder — beside their other forms, notes and agreements.
Built for the paperwork clients actually have
The files people have
PDFs, photos, Word, Excel and PowerPoint files, plain text and CSV — up to 25 MB each.
Several files in one field
Front and back of an ID, every page of a lease: pick several files at once or drag them in, then put them in order.
From a phone, no account
Clients upload from their phone or computer, in the browser. There's nothing to install and nothing to sign up for.
Filed with its form
A file lives inside the form it was sent with, so you always know what it was for — and the form lives in the client's folder.
Photos you can check at a glance
Images show as thumbnails you can open full screen; PDFs and Office files show their name and type.
Out of your inbox
Files go to cloud storage (Amazon S3) and open through links that expire — no attachments piling up in email.
What clients can send
Up to 25 MB per file, and as many files per upload field as the document needs.
- JPG
- PNG
- GIF
- WebP
- BMP
- Word
- Excel
- CSV
- PowerPoint
- TXT

Before you send the link
Name each document you need
An empty upload field doesn't stop someone from submitting, so say in the form exactly which documents to send — you'll see at a glance what arrived.
Photos are resized on the way in
Photos are compressed before they upload, which keeps uploads quick on a phone and is plenty for reading an ID or a receipt. If you need an original, ask for a PDF.
Files open from their document
Download a file from the document it came with, one file at a time.
