Embed your form on your own website.

Copy one snippet from Pocper and paste it into your site. Visitors fill in the form without leaving your page, and every response still arrives in Pocper, filed under a client.

How it works

Three steps, one snippet

  1. 01

    Publish the template

An embedded form shows the template's published version and uses its share link's code, so publishing comes first.

  2. 02

    Copy the snippet

Choose Embed from the template's menu and copy the iframe code it gives you.

  3. 03

    Paste it into your site

Put it anywhere your website lets you add custom HTML. The form appears right there, ready to fill in.

What you get

Your site in front, Pocper behind it

  • Filled in on your page

The form runs inside your page in a frame, so visitors never leave your site to fill it in.

  • No empty responses

A response is created only once a visitor starts typing, so people who scroll past don't leave blank documents behind.

  • Every response filed

Each response creates a client in Pocper with the document in their folder, next to everything else you keep for clients.

  • You hear about it

You get a notification when someone starts filling in the form and when they submit — and an email on submit, unless you turn it off.

  • One switch for link and embed

The embed uses the share link's code: lock the link and the embedded form is locked too; unlock it, and both are back.

  • A thank-you, then another

After submitting, visitors see a thank-you page with a button to fill out another.

Site builders

Works with the site builder you already use

The snippet is a standard iframe with no script, so it works in any site builder that lets you add custom HTML — including these.

Good to know

Before you paste it in

  • The frame keeps its height

It starts 700 pixels tall. A longer form scrolls inside the frame — or change the height in the snippet to fit.

  • Ask for names in the form itself

An embedded form opens straight away, without the cover page that asks for a name or email. Add those fields to the form if you need them.

  • Each visit starts fresh

A visitor who leaves partway and comes back later starts a new copy. Whatever they typed the first time is still in Pocper.

The snippet

One line of HTML

This is the whole thing. Paste it where the form should appear — the three parts worth knowing are explained below.

<iframe 1src="…" width="100%" 2height="700" style="border:0" 3loading="lazy"></iframe>

  1. 1src

Your form's embed address. It follows the template's share link, so locking that link locks the embedded form too.

  2. 2height

The frame starts 700 pixels tall and doesn't resize itself. Change the number to fit your form.

  3. 3loading

“lazy” loads the form as it scrolls into view, so it doesn't slow down the top of your page.

FAQ

Questions about embedding

Where can I embed the form?
On any page where you can add custom HTML — including WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, Shopify, Framer, Ghost and Carrd, some of them only on certain plans. The snippet is a standard iframe.
Does the frame adjust to the form's height?
No. It starts 700 pixels tall, and a longer form scrolls inside the frame. Change the height in the snippet to fit your form.
Where do the responses go?
Into Pocper, like any other response: each one creates a client with the document in their folder, and you're notified when someone starts and when they submit.
How do I stop the embedded form taking responses?
Lock the template's share link — the embedded form is locked with it — and unlock it when you're ready. Unpublishing deletes the link, so the embed stops for good; publishing again gives you a new snippet to paste.
Do visitors need an account?
No. They fill in the form right on your page, in the browser.
