No duplicate agreements, by design

Each agreement exists exactly once per client — one service agreement, one NDA — so the signed copy is always the copy that counts.

02

Sign inside the document

Drop a signature block anywhere: a consent sentence, a name field, a hand-drawn signature, and a date — captured right in the agreement, no separate signing tool.

03

Confirm to lock it on record

When both sides are done, press Confirm. The agreement locks — signature included — and its confirmation date shows up in your client lists.

04

Filed with everything else

Agreements live in the client's folder beside intake forms, notes, and uploads — and clients can review what you share from their portal, read-only.

The lifecycle

From draft to on the record

Every agreement moves through the same four moments — Pocper keeps each one visible.

Draft

Start from an agreement template or a blank page, and edit together in real time until the terms are right.

Sign

Send a link; your client reads, fills in their details, and signs in the document — no account, no printer.

Confirm

One press locks the agreement, signature and all. The confirmation date is stamped on the record.

Confirmed

On file

The locked agreement stays in the client's folder — easy to find the day someone asks what was agreed.

Signatures

A real signature, right in the agreement

No detour through a separate signing tool: the signature block lives inside the document, next to the words it refers to.

  • Hand-drawn on any device — finger, stylus, or mouse.
  • Pairs with a name field and date selector for a complete consent layout.
  • Locks with the agreement when you confirm — no edits, no re-signing after.
  • Works on shared links too, so clients sign without creating an account.

How it works

Four steps to a settled agreement

  1. 1

Pick a template or start blank

Import an NDA, service agreement, or consent form from the template market — or draft your own once and reuse it for every client.

  2. 2

    Share the link

Your client opens it in the browser, fills in their part, and signs — no account needed, progress saves as they go.

  3. 3

    Press Confirm

When the terms are settled, confirm the agreement. It locks for the record, and the confirmation date appears in your lists.

  4. 4

    It stays on file

The agreement lives in the client's folder beside their forms and notes — and shared agreements stay viewable in the client portal, read-only.

Why Pocper

Agreements belong with the client, not in a signing app. A contract is one document in a working relationship — Pocper keeps it beside the forms, notes, and files from the same client.

  • One workspace for agreements, intake forms, and notes — nothing to copy between tools.
  • Each agreement exists once per client — no near-identical duplicates to second-guess.
  • Clients sign from a link in their browser — nothing to install, no account to create.
  • Confirmed agreements are locked and dated, so the record is unambiguous.
  • Free to start — upgrade only when your document volume grows.

Start from an agreement template

Agreement Essentials and the Agreement Pro Toolkit cover the everyday paperwork — NDAs, service agreements, liability waivers, consent forms, and more — each with the signature layout already in place.

FAQ

Questions about agreements

Is this a legally binding e-signature service?
Pocper records a hand-drawn signature inside the document and locks it when you confirm the agreement. It does not verify signer identity or issue audit certificates, so it's built for everyday consent and engagement paperwork — onboarding, waivers, session agreements. Where regulation requires a qualified e-signature service, use one alongside Pocper.
Can a client have more than one agreement?
Yes — a client can hold as many different agreements as your work needs: an NDA, a service agreement, a waiver. What Pocper prevents is duplicates — each agreement exists exactly once per client, so the signed copy is always the one that counts.
What happens when I confirm an agreement?
Confirming locks the whole document — text, fields, and signatures — and stamps the confirmation date, which shows up in your document lists. If something genuinely needs to change, you can undo the confirmation, edit, and confirm again. A copied agreement is still an agreement.
Do my clients need a Pocper account to sign?
No. Share the agreement as a link; your client opens it in the browser, fills in their details, and signs. Progress saves automatically as they go.
Can clients see their agreements later?
Yes — agreements you share appear in the client portal, where clients sign in with a magic link and view their documents read-only. Confirmed agreements show their confirmation date.
Is Pocper free to use?
Yes — the free plan includes agreements, signature blocks, and the template market. Upgrade to Plus when your document volume grows.

Put your next agreement on the record

Draft it from a template, collect the signature in the document, and confirm — the client's file keeps the record straight.
