Liability Waiver & Release of Claims
Read this document carefully. By signing, the Participant assumes the risks of the activity described below and releases the Provider from certain claims. If the Participant is a minor, a parent or legal guardian must also sign.

The activity above involves inherent risks of physical injury, property damage, or death. These risks include but are not limited to: falls, collisions, strain, equipment failure, weather, and the conduct of other participants.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Participant releases the Provider, its owners, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, or cause of action arising from ordinary negligence in connection with the activity. This release does NOT cover gross negligence or willful misconduct.
