Client portal

Send one link. Your client sees everything you've shared.

Forms to fill, documents you're writing together, agreements, price lists — each client signs in with an email link or a QR code and finds their own current set. No password, no account, nothing to install.

How it works

From your folders to their pocket in four steps

  1. Turn on your portal link

Generate your team's portal link once, in Settings. Every client walks through the same door — and each sees only their own documents.

  2. Share documents into the portal

Drag any document into a client's Shared folder. What you see in that folder is exactly what they'll see — same order, too.

    Internal— stays yours
  3. Send the link or show the QR

Email the portal link, or hand over the client's own link or QR code — opening it signs them in straight away.

  4. Responses land back in the folder

Forms clients fill and documents they update arrive in the same client folder your team already works in — live.

What clients can do

A small portal that does the right things

Everything a client needs from you — without accounts, attachments, or asking twice.

  • Sign in from an email link

They enter their email and tap the link that arrives. No password to invent, forget, or reset.

  • Or scan a QR code

A client's own access link — printable as a QR code — signs them in directly. Works for clients without an email address.

  • Fill and start forms

Clients complete the forms you shared, and can start a fresh copy themselves whenever they need one.

  • Open the living document

A data document is one shared copy per client — they open the same page you edit, always current.

  • Read agreements

Agreements appear read-only, with a Confirmed mark once locked — clients always know where things stand.

  • In their own language

Each client picks their language — 14 available — independently of the one you run your workspace in.

What every delivery includes

One portal per client, on any phone

Each client signs in and sees only their own documents — the ones you've shared with them, in the order you arranged them. The portal is built phone-first, so it works where your clients actually are.

Passwordless ways in

Clients get a sign-in link by email — single-use, valid for about 15 minutes. Or hand them their own access link or QR code, which signs them in the moment it opens. That one works even for clients with no email address.

You decide what's visible

Drag a document into the client's Shared folder and it appears in their portal; everything in Internal stays yours. The portal shows exactly what you shared — nothing more, in exactly your order.

Four kinds of documents, one list

Clients fill forms (as many copies as they need), open the one living document you edit together, read agreements with their confirmation status, and always see the current version of anything you publish.

Why a portal

Email threads bury documents

Pocper Portal keeps one current set per client — everything you shared, wherever they are, with no attachments and no version guessing.

  • No passwords to reset, no client accounts to support
  • Works even for clients who don't use email
  • Clients see exactly what you shared — in your order
  • Sign-in links are single-use and short-lived, and access can be revoked at any time

Start from a template

Browse ready-made documents by industry, share them into a client's folder, and they're in the portal.

FAQ

Questions about the client portal

Do my clients need an account or a password?
No. Clients sign in with a one-time link sent to their email, or by opening their personal access link or QR code. There is no password to create and nothing to install — the portal runs in the browser, on any phone or computer.
What if a client doesn't have an email address?
Every client can have their own durable access link — share it as a link or a printed QR code, and opening it signs them in directly, no email involved. If it ever leaks, regenerate it and every old copy stops working.
How do I control what a client sees?
Each client's folders are split into Shared and Internal. Whatever you drag into Shared appears in their portal, in the order you arranged it; Internal never leaves your team. That's the whole rule — no per-document switches to remember.
What can clients actually do in the portal?
It depends on the document kind. Forms: fill and submit, and start new copies themselves. Data documents: open the one shared copy you both edit. Agreements: read-only, with their confirmation status. Publications: read the current version, always.
How secure is it, and can I revoke access?
Sign-in links are single-use, expire after about 15 minutes, and are stored only as hashes. Sessions expire on their own, and you can revoke access at any time — regenerate a client's access link, or rotate your team's portal code to sign every client out at once.
