Property Access & On-Site Safety Agreement
Our crew will be in your home with tools, ladders, and sometimes open walls or live wires. This form collects access info (keys, codes, alarm), shutoff locations, and the safety rules both sides agree to follow so nobody (including your pets and kids) gets hurt.

Section 4 — Mutual Safety Agreement
- Carry general liability and workers’ comp — certificates available on request
- Use drop cloths / shoe covers and clean up at end of each day
- Notify you at least 15 minutes before any water / power / gas shutoff
- Only photograph the work area for our records and share copies with you
- Re-lock / re-arm the property when leaving if nobody is home
- Clear a working path to the problem area (moving rugs, stored boxes, furniture)
- Secure pets and children away from the active work zone
- Disclose known hazards above honestly and update us if anything changes
- Not operate or modify our tools / equipment while on site
