This estimate covers the work scope, parts, labor, and timeline based on our on-site inspection. Work does NOT begin until you sign the approval at the bottom. Prices are valid for 30 days. Concealed conditions (behind walls, under slabs, inside equipment) may require a change order — see Section 5.

Section 5 — Timeline & Concealed Conditions

Concealed-conditions clause: If, during the work, we uncover conditions not visible during the inspection (e.g., corroded pipe beyond the cut, hidden water damage, non-code wiring, asbestos, mold), we will stop work and issue a written Change Order before proceeding. You are not obligated to accept, but the job may not be completable as-quoted.
