This form records our labor warranty, the manufacturer’s parts warranty on equipment we installed, what is covered, what is excluded, and what you need to do to keep coverage valid (filter changes, annual tune-ups, etc.). Keep a copy with your home records and with the equipment manuals.

Section 4 — Customer Maintenance to Keep Warranty Valid
Replace HVAC air filter every 90 days (or sooner if pets / allergies)
Flush water heater annually (or as printed on nameplate)
Keep outdoor condenser clear of leaves, grass clippings, and 2 ft of clearance
Schedule annual tune-up with us (required for manufacturer 10-year parts warranty on most HVAC)
Winterize outdoor hose bibs and exposed pipes
Section 5 — Optional Maintenance Plan
Enroll me in the annual maintenance plan (includes tune-ups, priority scheduling, 10% off repairs)

Call or text the shop number on your receipt within 48 hours of discovering the issue. Have your estimate # and equipment serial # ready. Do not have another contractor touch the work first — that voids this warranty.
