I understand that reducing the headcount after the final confirmation date does not reduce the balance, but adding guests is subject to availability and quoted separately.
I understand that a travel fee applies outside a 20 km radius of the salon and that parking, tolls, or venue access charges will be passed through at cost.
I authorise the salon to use non-identifying photos of the finished hairstyle for portfolio and social media (optional — leave unticked to decline).
I understand that in the unlikely event of illness or emergency affecting the stylist, the salon will arrange a qualified replacement of equivalent skill, or provide a full refund if no replacement is possible.
We cannot wait to be part of your day! Once your deposit is received we will send a welcome pack with a suggested morning timeline, a prep-night checklist for your hair, and your stylist’s direct number.
