Bridal & Event Styling Booking Agreement

Thank you for choosing us for your special day! This agreement records all the details needed so the big morning runs smoothly — event times, guest styling headcount, trial preferences, travel logistics, and our deposit and cancellation terms. Please complete it in full and return it signed to confirm your booking.

I understand that if I cancel within 30 days of the event, the full remaining balance remains payable.

I understand that reducing the headcount after the final confirmation date does not reduce the balance, but adding guests is subject to availability and quoted separately.

I understand that a travel fee applies outside a 20 km radius of the salon and that parking, tolls, or venue access charges will be passed through at cost.

I authorise the salon to use non-identifying photos of the finished hairstyle for portfolio and social media (optional — leave unticked to decline).

I understand that in the unlikely event of illness or emergency affecting the stylist, the salon will arrange a qualified replacement of equivalent skill, or provide a full refund if no replacement is possible.

Section 6 — Signature

We cannot wait to be part of your day! Once your deposit is received we will send a welcome pack with a suggested morning timeline, a prep-night checklist for your hair, and your stylist’s direct number.
