Studio Guide, Timetable & Membership Rates
Everything you need to train here: what each class actually is, when it runs, what it costs, and how we expect the floor to be treated. There is nothing to fill in or send back — keep it for reference and ask a coach if anything is unclear.
Every class is coach-led and every movement can be scaled. Intensity is a guide, not a rule — a good coach will meet you where you are on the day.
| | What happens & who it suits |
|---|
| | Warm-up, a strength or skill piece, then a conditioning workout scored for time or rounds. Constantly varied. Suits anyone who wants structure, a group to chase, and a coach watching every rep. |
| | Short work intervals on bikes, rowers, sleds and dumbbells with tight rest. No barbell technique required. Suits people short on time who want a hard 45 minutes. |
| | Snatch and clean & jerk technique, positional drills, then percentage work. Small groups, heavy correction. Suits members who want to lift properly rather than just lift heavy. |
| | Footwork, pad rounds with a coach, bag work and conditioning finishers. No sparring. Suits people who want skill and sweat without a barbell. |
| | Breath-led flow, hip and shoulder mobility, longer holds. Suits everyone, and especially anyone lifting three or more days a week. |
| | Mat-based core, glute and spinal control work. Precise, unglamorous, effective. Suits desk-bound members and anyone returning from a back or hip issue. |
| | The floor is yours: follow your programme, retest a lift, or finish accessory work. A coach is present but not leading. Suits members on a written block. |

Booking, Cancellation & No-Shows
- Classes open for booking seven days ahead in the app. Founders members book eight days ahead.
- Cancel at least 12 hours before the class start time and the credit returns to you at no cost.
- Cancel inside 12 hours and the class is deducted from a pack, or a $12 late-cancel fee applies to unlimited memberships.
- A no-show without any cancellation carries a $18 fee — the seat could have gone to someone on the waitlist.
- Waitlists move automatically. If you are promoted inside two hours of the class you can decline without penalty.
- Doors close five minutes after the class starts. Late arrivals miss the warm-up, which is when most injuries are prevented.
Freezes & Cancelling a Membership
- Freezes run in whole weeks, minimum two weeks and maximum twelve weeks per year, requested at least seven days before the next billing date.
- Medical freezes with a doctor’s note are not counted against your annual allowance and can start immediately.
- Cancelling requires 30 days’ written notice. One further billing cycle runs, then the membership closes.
- Founders rates are held through a freeze but are released on cancellation — rejoining is at the rate current on that day.
- Class packs are non-refundable but transfer to another member once, with the desk notified in advance.
- Complete the health declaration and waiver before you arrive — it takes three minutes and we cannot put you on the floor without it.
- Arrive 15 minutes early. A coach walks you round, shows you the changing rooms, and asks about injuries and training history.
- You are introduced to the class before it starts, so everyone knows it is your first session and looks out for you.
- Every movement in the workout is scaled to you. Scaling is the normal case, not a concession.
- Afterwards the coach talks you through what to book next and how often to train in your first month.
- Flat, stable trainers — running shoes are fine to start, lifting shoes are not required.
- A water bottle and a small towel. Both are mandatory in the summer months.
- Clothing you can move and lift overhead in. Chalk, mats and all equipment are provided.
- For yoga and pilates, bare feet or grip socks — no trainers on the mats.
- Reset your station completely: strip the bar, re-rack plates by size, return dumbbells and kettlebells to their numbered spots.
- Chalk stays in the bucket. Clap it over the bucket, not over the floor, and never on the rig.
- Wipe down mats, rowers, bikes and benches after use. Cloths and spray are at both ends of the floor.
- Drop a barbell only when it is loaded with bumper plates and only from a lift where dropping is the safe option.
- Phones stay in the cubbies during class. Filming your own lifts is fine, filming other members is not.
- Cheer the last person finishing. It costs nothing and it is why people come back.
- Unlimited members bring one guest per month free; additional guests pay the drop-in rate.
- Book the guest into the class in advance — guests cannot be added on the door.
- Every guest completes the health declaration and waiver before training, without exception.
- Guests aged 14–17 train only in supervised sessions and only with a parent or guardian present.
- Tell the coach before the class, not after it. Thirty seconds of context changes how you are programmed for the hour.
- Anything that persists beyond a week is logged in your training record so every coach sees it.
- Sharp, radiating or joint-line pain means stop. Muscular fatigue and burning are expected; pain is information.
- Coming back from surgery or injury, bring the discharge or physio note and we will programme around the restrictions.
- Report any incident on the floor to a coach on the day, however minor it seems.

Bookings, freezes and account changes are handled in the app or at the front desk. For anything about your training, message your coach directly — they would rather hear from you between sessions than see a problem develop over a month.
Rates, timetable and policies are reviewed each year and members are given 30 days’ notice of any change. This guide is general studio information and is not medical advice.
