Plans and billing
There are two plans, Free and Plus. This covers how the difference behaves day to day; for prices and what each includes, see the pricing page.
1 · Two plans
Free is a working plan rather than a trial: it does not expire, and nothing you make on it stops working. Plus lifts the limit on how many documents you can hold. The pricing page has the current numbers and the full comparison.
2 · What counts
The quota counts documents — the filled-in copies that arrive from your links, from the portal, and from you creating them by hand. Templates do not count, so build as many as you like.
The quota belongs to the team, not to each person. Everyone in a team draws on the same allowance, and the plan that applies is the owner's — joining the team of someone on Plus puts you on Plus while you work there.
3 · Running out
Pocper warns you once when you are close to the limit, and once when you reach it. Neither repeats.
When the allowance is used up, new documents stop being created. You get a message; on your client's side the buttons that would start a new document simply stop appearing in their portal.
Everything already there keeps working. Existing documents open, are edited and are submitted as usual — only new ones stop.
4 · Upgrading
Upgrading goes through Stripe. Pocper hands you off to Stripe's own checkout, which is where your card details are entered — they are never typed into Pocper and Pocper never holds them.
Once the payment lands you come back and the new limit applies immediately. Nothing to re-create, nothing to migrate.
5 · Managing or cancelling
Changing a card, reading past invoices and cancelling all happen in Stripe's billing portal, reached from your settings. Pocper keeps no second copy of any of it.
