Welcome! Your arrival is in a few days. Please read through this welcome pack carefully — it has everything you need to get to us, let yourself in, and settle in comfortably. Tick each item so we know you have it ready.
Our exact address and map pin were sent in your booking confirmation email. Please double-check you have the correct address, especially if your GPS offers an alternative — some older maps route guests to the wrong lane behind the property.
We have a small number of on-site parking spaces reserved for registered guests only. Please confirm your vehicle plate so we can register it with the local municipality and avoid a street-parking fine for you.
Section 3 — Self Check-in & Door Access
Standard check-in runs 15:00 – 20:00 and we will greet you in person. If you plan to arrive outside these hours, we will send you a one-time smart-lock access code the day before arrival.

Section 4 — Wi-Fi, Payment & Local Tax
Wi-Fi details are printed on a card in your room and also in the welcome binder.
A local tourist tax of approximately EUR 2.50 per adult per night is charged by the municipality and must be paid in cash or card at check-in. It is not included in your online booking.
