Section 3 — Additional Occupants

Please list every other guest who will be staying overnight (full name, date of birth, nationality, ID number). Children under 18 may be listed with guardian details.

Section 4 — House Rules

Please read each rule carefully and tick to acknowledge. These rules protect other guests, our neighbours, and the property.

I understand the property is entirely non-smoking (including vaping and e-cigarettes) in all indoor areas, and that a cleaning fee of up to EUR 250 applies if smoking is detected.

I will observe quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00 out of respect for other guests and neighbours.

I will not host parties, events, or additional unregistered visitors on the property without prior written approval from the host.

I accept responsibility for any damage to the room, furnishings, or shared areas caused by me or my party during the stay, and authorise the host to charge reasonable repair or replacement costs to my payment method on file.

I acknowledge the cancellation policy: free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in; one night charged for cancellations within 7 days; full booking charged for no-shows.

I understand that pets are only permitted if pre-approved in writing and that an additional cleaning fee may apply.
