Section 2 — How a Project Runs
- Discovery. We meet to understand your goals, audience and content, then agree scope and a fixed quote.
- Agreement & deposit. You sign the project agreement and pay the deposit. This books your slot in our schedule.
- Structure & wireframes. We map the pages and layout so we agree on structure before any visual design begins.
- Design. We present the visual design for key pages, refine it with you, and lock the look and feel.
- Build. We develop the approved design into a responsive, working site and load your content.
- Review & revisions. You test the staging site and we work through your feedback within the included revision rounds.
- Launch. We check performance, SEO basics and links, then take the site live and confirm everything works.
- Handover & aftercare. We hand over access, show you how to edit, and settle you into support or a care plan.

Section 5 — Revision Policy
- Each project includes a set number of revision rounds at the design stage and again after the build — stated in your agreement.
- A round means one consolidated set of feedback, gathered from your side, sent to us together.
- Revisions cover refinements within the agreed scope — copy tweaks, colour and spacing, layout adjustments.
- A change of direction after a stage is approved, or new pages and features, is a new scope item and is quoted before we start.
- Extra rounds beyond those included are billed at our hourly rate, always agreed in writing first.
