Photography Shoot Consent & Image Usage Agreement
Before your session, we ask that you review and complete this consent form. It covers how your images may be used, your rights as a subject, and the terms of our service. Please read each section carefully — if anything is unclear, feel free to ask us before signing.

Section 4 — Delivery & Intellectual Property
I understand and agree to the following delivery terms:
- The photographer retains full copyright ownership of all images captured during the session. The client receives a personal-use licence to print, display, and share the delivered images.
- Edited images will be delivered via a private online gallery within the agreed turnaround period (typically 2–3 weeks for standard sessions).
- RAW (unedited) files are not included in any package and are not available for release.
- The client may not sell, sublicense, or use delivered images for commercial advertising without a separate written commercial licence agreement.
Section 5 — Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
I understand and acknowledge the following cancellation policy:

| Cancellations made 7 or more days before the session will receive a full refund of the deposit. |
| Cancellations made 3–6 days before the session will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. The balance may be applied to a rescheduled session. |
| Cancellations within 48 hours of the session will forfeit the deposit in full. Exceptions may be made for documented emergencies at the studio's discretion. |
| Rescheduling requests made at least 72 hours in advance are accepted once at no extra charge, subject to availability. |
