Member Account Master Record
This is the single standing record for your membership. The community team and your account contact both keep it current — it is not re-filled every month or every renewal. Update it in place whenever something changes: a new billing contact, an extra desk, a card issued or returned, a plan upgrade.

Plan Change & Renewal History
One row per upgrade, downgrade, seat change or renewal. Newest at the bottom so the history reads in order.
Dated entries from either side — what the team does, who they collaborate with, event interests, noise or temperature preferences, complaints raised and how they were resolved, anything a new community manager should know on day one.
Company registration certificate, insurance certificate, signed membership agreement, ID copies for access-card holders:
One record, kept current by both sides — no re-registration, no duplicate forms. Tell us whenever something on this page stops being true.
