Postpartum Center Service & Care Guide

This guide introduces our rooms, confinement meals, daily care routine, and the newborn and lactation support included in your stay. It is a reference document — there is nothing to fill in or return. The specific package, dates, and pricing that apply to your family are the ones confirmed in your stay agreement.

Section 1 — Rooms & Suites

Every room is private, cleaned daily, and fitted with a nursing chair, a bassinet, and an in-room call button linked to the nursing station. Tiers differ in size and added comforts.

Section 2 — Confinement Meal Plans

Meals are prepared fresh by our confinement kitchen and delivered to your room. Our nutritionist balances recovery-supporting ingredients with lactation nourishment, and we adapt every plan to your dietary needs and cultural preferences.

Three main meals plus two nourishing snacks are served daily, with warm water and lactation teas on request.
Traditional herbal tonics and warming soups are offered as a phased course through the recovery weeks.
Vegetarian, vegan, halal, kosher, and allergy-safe menus are available — let us know at intake.
Cultural menus, including Chinese, Korean, and Japanese confinement styles, can be arranged.

Section 3 — A Day in Our Care

A gentle daily rhythm helps both mother and baby rest and recover. Times are a guide — care flexes around feeding, sleep, and how you feel.

Section 4 — Lactation & Newborn Care

Lactation consultants help with latch, positioning, supply, and pumping, with follow-up sessions on request.
Nurses monitor the baby daily — weight, feeding, jaundice screening, cord and skin care.
Hands-on coaching in bathing, swaddling, diapering, and safe sleep prepares the whole family for home.
A pediatrician reviews the newborn during the stay; concerns are escalated promptly.
Emotional wellbeing check-ins support maternal mental health, with counsellor referral if needed.

Section 5 — Visiting Hours & Hygiene Policy

Visiting hours are 10:00–20:00 daily; the partner may stay overnight in Deluxe and VIP rooms.
All visitors sign in, wash and sanitise their hands, and wear a gown before entering the baby area.
Anyone with fever, cough, cold sores, rash, or recent infectious illness is asked to postpone their visit.
Young children may visit only when accompanied and screened, to protect newborns in shared areas.
Please keep noise low during rest periods and avoid photography in shared spaces.

Section 6 — What to Bring

We provide linens, toiletries, meals, diapers, and baby essentials. A few personal items help you feel at home.

Identification, insurance details, and any medical records or discharge summary
Comfortable nursing-friendly clothing, slippers, and a light robe
Personal toiletries or skincare you prefer, and any regular medications
A going-home outfit and car seat for the baby
Your own breast pump if you wish to use it, though a hospital-grade pump is available on request

Section 7 — Contact & Support

The nursing station is staffed around the clock — press the in-room call button any time.
The front desk handles bookings, billing, add-on services, and visitor questions during office hours.
For urgent medical concerns, alert any staff member immediately; we coordinate escalation and transfer if required.
