Tutoring Enrollment Agreement

Welcome! This agreement sets out the program your student is enrolling in, the tuition and payment schedule, our attendance and makeup policies, and the cancellation terms. Please read it through with your student and sign at the bottom.

Part 4 — Attendance, Cancellation & Makeup

Lessons cancelled with at least 24 hours notice may be rescheduled within the same month.

Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or no-shows, are charged in full.

If the tutor cancels, the lesson is rescheduled or credited at no charge.

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened lesson charged at full price.

Part 5 — Refund Policy

Full refund within 7 days of enrollment, before any lesson has been delivered.

After the first lesson, refunds cover only unused lessons less an administration fee.

Registration and materials fees are non-refundable.

Part 6 — Code of Conduct & Communication

I expect my student to arrive prepared, complete homework, and treat tutors and peers respectfully.

I understand progress updates will be shared via email and through scheduled parent meetings.

I consent to the center photographing student work and occasional classroom activity for internal records (no public posting without separate consent).
