Get started with PocperThis agreement sets out the terms of an ongoing personal training engagement between the trainer ("Trainer") and the client ("Client"). It becomes effective only when BOTH parties have signed below. The Trainer completes the scope and fee details, then shares this document with the Client for review and countersignature — either in-app, or by printing, signing, and uploading a scanned copy.

Sessions are held at times agreed between the parties. The Trainer provides coaching and guidance only and does not provide medical, physiotherapy, or dietetic services.

Fees are payable in advance for each billing cycle and are due within 7 days of the invoice date. The coaching fee reserves the Trainer’s time and is payable whether or not all sessions in the cycle are used.

The Client agrees to give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, may be charged in full. Sessions run for the scheduled duration only; a session started late still ends at its scheduled time. Unused sessions expire at the end of each billing cycle unless the Trainer agrees otherwise in writing.

Physical exercise carries inherent risks, including injury. The Client confirms they are medically able to take part, will disclose any relevant health conditions, injuries, or medications, and will stop and inform the Trainer if they feel unwell. The Client is advised to obtain medical clearance where appropriate. The Client takes part voluntarily and assumes the ordinary risks of physical training.

The Trainer keeps the Client’s personal and health information confidential and uses it only to deliver coaching. Progress photos or videos are taken only with the Client’s consent and are used for promotion only if the Client separately opts in. Either party may send coaching-related messages using the contact details above.

After the initial term, this agreement renews automatically for successive periods of the same length unless either party gives written notice of non-renewal at least 14 days before the current period ends. Either party may end the agreement for a material breach that remains uncured 14 days after written notice. On termination, the Client pays for all sessions delivered and time reserved through the effective end date; prepaid unused fees are handled as set out in Section 3.
