Get started with PocperWelcome to our coworking community! This agreement sets out the terms of your membership, the community rules we all follow, and the payment and cancellation policies. Please read it through, ask us anything that's unclear, and sign at the end.

Please read and acknowledge each rule:
I will keep phone calls and video meetings inside designated call rooms or phone booths, not at open desks.
I will book meeting rooms through the official system and not occupy unbooked rooms beyond my reserved time.
I will clean up after myself in the kitchen and common areas and wash my own dishes.
I will not share my access key/card with non-members; each access is tied to one person only.
I understand the space is shared and will respect other members by keeping noise to a reasonable level.
I will not conduct sales pitches or unsolicited marketing toward other members.
I may bring up to 2 guests per day, each limited to 2 hours, and will register them at the front desk.
I am responsible for my guests and any property or conduct issues they cause.
Monthly fees are billed in advance on the 1st of each month. Late payment may result in access suspension.
To cancel, I must give 30 days written notice before the next billing cycle.
The security deposit is refunded within 30 days of cancellation, less any unpaid fees or damages.
I understand the space is not responsible for lost or stolen personal items and will use provided lockers for valuables.
I consent to having my name and photo used in the member directory (optional — uncheck to opt out).
