Annual Vehicle Maintenance Agreement

This agreement sets out the terms of an annual maintenance plan between the auto repair shop ("Shop") and the vehicle owner ("Client"). It becomes effective only when BOTH parties have signed below. The Shop drafts and signs first, then shares this document with the Client for review and countersignature — either in-app, or by printing, signing, and uploading a scanned copy.

Section 2 — Covered Maintenance Services

During the term, the Shop will provide the following maintenance services for the covered vehicle:

Any work not listed in the table above is out of plan and handled under Section 5 (Exclusions & Out-of-Plan Repairs).

Section 3 — Plan Fee & Payment

Invoices are issued at the start of each billing cycle and are due within 14 days of receipt. The plan fee is payable regardless of whether every covered service is used, in exchange for the Shop reserving workshop capacity and priority scheduling for the Client.

Section 4 — Scheduling & Missed Appointments

Covered services are performed by appointment during the Shop's regular business hours. The Client should book each covered service in advance; the Shop will offer priority scheduling where possible. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or vehicles not delivered at the agreed time, may be rescheduled at the Shop's discretion. Covered services not used by the end of the term expire and do not roll over, unless the Shop agrees otherwise in writing.

Section 5 — Exclusions & Out-of-Plan Repairs

This plan covers scheduled maintenance only. It does not cover accident or collision damage, misuse, modifications, consumables outside the covered services, or repairs arising from pre-existing conditions. If out-of-plan work is found to be needed, the Shop will provide a written estimate and obtain the Client's approval before starting the work; approved out-of-plan work is billed at the labour rate in Section 3 plus parts.

I understand what is excluded from the plan and how out-of-plan repairs are estimated and billed.

Section 6 — Parts, Warranty & Liability

The Shop uses new or manufacturer-approved parts unless otherwise agreed in writing. Workmanship on covered services is warranted for the period stated on the service invoice, and replaced parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. The Shop's liability under this agreement is limited to re-performing the affected service or refunding the fee attributable to it, and does not extend to indirect or consequential loss, except where liability cannot be limited by law. The Client remains responsible for the vehicle's roadworthiness between visits.

Section 7 — Termination & Renewal

After the initial term, this agreement renews automatically for successive terms of the same length unless either party gives written notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the current term ends. Either party may terminate for material breach that remains uncured 14 days after written notice. If the Client sells the covered vehicle, the plan may be transferred to the new owner or terminated, at the Client's choice. On termination, the Client pays for all services performed to date, and the Shop refunds any prepaid fee attributable to whole unused months, less services already used.
