Photography Shoot Consent & Image Usage Agreement

Before your session, we ask that you review and complete this consent form. It covers how your images may be used, your rights as a subject, and the terms of our service. Please read each section carefully — if anything is unclear, feel free to ask us before signing.

Section 3 — Image Usage & Licensing

I consent to images being used in print marketing materials (brochures, displays, advertisements)

I do NOT consent to any public use of my images — personal use only

Section 4 — Delivery & Intellectual Property

I understand and agree to the following delivery terms:

1. The photographer retains full copyright ownership of all images captured during the session. The client receives a personal-use licence to print, display, and share the delivered images.
2. Edited images will be delivered via a private online gallery within the agreed turnaround period (typically 2–3 weeks for standard sessions).
3. RAW (unedited) files are not included in any package and are not available for release.
4. The client may not sell, sublicense, or use delivered images for commercial advertising without a separate written commercial licence agreement.
