Annual Photography Services Agreement

This agreement sets out the terms of an ongoing, year-long photography engagement between the photography studio ("Studio") and the client ("Client"). It becomes effective only when BOTH parties have signed below. The Studio drafts and signs first, then shares this document with the Client for review and countersignature — either in-app, or by printing, signing, and uploading a scanned copy.

Section 2 — Sessions & Scope

Over the term of this agreement, the Studio will provide the following photography sessions and deliverables:

Any session or edit not listed in the table above is out of scope and is handled under Section 5 (Additional Requests & Revisions).

Section 3 — Fees & Payment

Invoices are issued at the start of each billing cycle and are due within 14 days of receipt. A non-refundable retainer secures the Client's dates for the year; the balance is payable per the schedule above. Bookings remain provisional until the retainer is received.

Section 4 — Scheduling, Rescheduling & Cancellations

Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement. The Client may reschedule a session with at least 7 days' notice at no charge; changes with shorter notice may incur a rescheduling fee. Weather-dependent outdoor sessions may be moved by the Studio at no charge. Sessions not used within the term expire and do not carry over unless the Studio agrees otherwise in writing.

Section 5 — Additional Requests & Revisions

Each delivered gallery includes reasonable editing consistent with the Studio's signature style. Requests for additional sessions, extra edited images, or work outside Section 2 require a separate written estimate approved by the Client before work begins, billed at the additional-session rate in Section 3. Use this space to record any standing preferences or recurring requests for the year:

Section 6 — Image Rights, Usage & Privacy

The Studio retains copyright in all images created under this agreement. Upon full payment, the Client receives a personal-use licence to the delivered images. Commercial use requires a separate written licence. The Studio may display non-confidential images in its portfolio and marketing unless the Client opts out below. The Studio will handle the Client's personal information in line with applicable privacy law.

Section 7 — Term, Renewal & Termination

After the initial term, this agreement renews automatically for successive periods of the same length unless either party gives written notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the current period ends. Either party may terminate for material breach that remains uncured 14 days after written notice. On termination, the Client pays for all sessions delivered and dates reserved through the effective termination date, and the Studio delivers completed, paid-for galleries.

Section 8 — General Acknowledgments

I consent to electronic signatures having the same legal effect as handwritten signatures.
