Section 3 — Assumption of Risk

The activity above involves inherent risks of physical injury, property damage, or death. These risks include but are not limited to: falls, collisions, strain, equipment failure, weather, and the conduct of other participants.

Section 4 — Release of Claims

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Participant releases the Provider, its owners, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, or cause of action arising from ordinary negligence in connection with the activity. This release does NOT cover gross negligence or willful misconduct.

I consent to the Provider taking photos or videos of the activity that may include me, and using them for promotional purposes.
