Get started with PocperThis agreement sets out the terms of a language travel program arranged between the agency ("Agency") and the student, or their parent / guardian ("Client"). It becomes effective only when BOTH parties have signed below. The Agency completes the program and fee details, signs first, then shares this document with the Client for review and countersignature — either in-app, or by printing, signing, and uploading a scanned copy.

A deposit secures the booking; the balance is due by the date shown above. Airfare, insurance, visa fees, and personal spending are not included unless listed as a fee item. Fees are payable in the currency stated on the Agency invoice.

Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds follow the cancellation schedule on the Agency invoice and are subject to any non-refundable deposits, school fees, and third-party charges already committed on the Client's behalf. No refund is given for unused portions of a program once it has started, for early departure, or for absences. Refunds of school and accommodation fees are further subject to the partner provider's own policy.

The Agency assists with visa guidance but does not guarantee visa approval; visa decisions rest solely with the relevant authorities. The Client is responsible for holding a valid passport, obtaining the correct visa, and arranging travel and medical insurance covering the full program. The Client must disclose any medical, dietary, or accessibility needs so suitable arrangements can be sought.

The Student agrees to follow the rules of the school, the accommodation provider, and the laws of the host country. Serious or repeated misconduct may result in dismissal from the program without refund. The Agency acts as an intermediary arranging services delivered by third parties (schools, host families, transport, activity providers) and is not liable for their acts or omissions, nor for loss, injury, or expense arising from events beyond its reasonable control.
