Annual Membership Agreement

This agreement sets out the terms of an annual membership between the indoor ski arena ("Arena") and the member ("Member"). It becomes effective only when BOTH parties have signed below. The Arena completes the membership tier, fee, and start-date details before sharing this document, and the Member reviews and countersigns — either in-app, or by printing, signing, and uploading a scanned copy.

Section 2 — Membership Tier & Term

The membership tier, access rights, and term below are set by the Arena for this agreement:

Section 3 — Fees & Payment

The membership fee is payable in advance for each billing cycle and secures the Member's access for that period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by the Arena in writing.

Section 4 — Arena Rules & Safety

The Member agrees to follow all posted piste rules and the instructions of staff and ski patrol, to ski or snowboard only on runs suited to their ability, to wear a helmet wherever the Arena requires one, and never to use the slopes under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Snow sports carry an inherent risk of injury that the Member accepts as a condition of membership.

Section 5 — Suspension, Renewal & Cancellation

The Arena may suspend or end a membership for serious or repeated breaches of the arena rules without refund of fees for the current period. After the initial term, membership renews automatically for successive periods of the same length unless the Member gives written notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the current period ends. The Member may cancel with written notice, effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
