Annual Salon Membership Agreement

This agreement sets out the terms of an annual membership between the salon ("Salon") and the member ("Member"). It becomes effective only when BOTH parties have signed below. The Salon completes the membership tier, benefits, and fee details, then shares this document with the Member for review and countersignature — either in-app, or by printing, signing, and uploading a scanned copy.

Section 2 — Membership Tier & Included Services

During each month of the term, the membership includes the following services and benefits:

Services not listed above are not included in the membership and are charged at the Salon's standard menu prices, subject to the member discount in Section 3.

Section 3 — Membership Fee & Payment

The membership fee is charged at the start of each billing cycle and is payable whether or not the full monthly benefit is used, in exchange for the Salon reserving priority booking and member pricing for the Member.

Section 4 — Unused Benefits & Rollover

Unused monthly benefits expire at the end of each month and do not roll over, unless the Salon agrees otherwise in writing before the month ends. Membership benefits are personal to the Member, are non-transferable, and may not be exchanged for cash or credit.

Section 5 — Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments booked under this membership may be rescheduled or cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Appointments cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, may count as a used monthly benefit or be charged at the Salon's standard rate. Repeated late cancellations may affect priority booking.

Section 6 — Term, Renewal & Termination

After the initial term, this membership renews automatically for successive periods of the same length unless either party gives written notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before the current period ends. Either party may terminate for material breach that remains uncured 14 days after written notice. On termination, the Member remains responsible for fees due through the effective termination date; fees already paid for the current cycle are non-refundable except where required by law.
