Get started with PocperThis agreement sets out the terms of enrollment in a driving course between the driving school ("School") and the student ("Student"). It becomes effective only when BOTH parties have signed below. The School completes the course, fee, and schedule details and signs first, then shares this document with the Student for review and countersignature — either in-app, or by printing, signing, and uploading a scanned copy.

The deposit secures the Student's place and is applied toward the total course fee. Remaining fees are due as scheduled above. Lessons may be suspended if fees fall overdue.

Lessons are booked in advance and may be rescheduled with reasonable notice. A lesson cancelled with less than the required notice, or missed without notice, may be counted as used or charged in full. The School may reschedule for weather, vehicle, or examiner-availability reasons and will offer the earliest alternative slot.

If the Student withdraws before the course begins, fees are refunded less the deposit and any administration charge. Once lessons have started, refunds are calculated pro-rata for instruction not yet delivered. The deposit is non-refundable once a place has been reserved, except where required by law.

The Student agrees to follow all instructor directions and traffic laws, to disclose any medical condition affecting driving, and never to attend a lesson under the influence of alcohol or drugs. School vehicles are dual-controlled and insured for lessons; the Student is responsible for damage caused by wilful misconduct or breach of instructions.
