Feedback and approvals will be provided within 5 business days of our request; otherwise the timeline will be adjusted accordingly.
Scope changes must be agreed in writing before work begins; we will quote the impact on cost and timeline.
Both parties agree to keep confidential information exchanged during the engagement private, during and after the project.
Ownership of deliverables transfers to the client upon receipt of final payment; prior tools, templates, and know-how remain ours.
Either party may end the engagement with 14 days' written notice. Work already completed will be invoiced pro-rata.
